Privacy notice

1. Controller

The controller for personal data processed by humanoid4rent.com is ROBOTio s.r.o., company number IČO 29822475, registered at Argentinská 1624/32b, Holešovice, 17000 Praha 7. Write to info@humanoid4rent.com about anything in this notice. A representative and a data protection officer are appointed where the law requires one; where none is appointed, that address is the contact point.

The same company also offers its own services on the platform as ROBOTio, ROBOrevue and ROBOFONICA (see section 12 of the terms). When you send a brief to one of these profiles, the controller of that brief is the same company.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, work email address, password hash, locale, and the organisations you belong to.
• Brief data: everything you enter in a request, including the purpose of the event, its location and dates, your budget indication, and your contact details.
• Quote and booking data: the commercial terms exchanged between a buyer and a supplier through the platform.
• Messages sent through the platform between a buyer and a supplier.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and server logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.
• Pseudonymous product analytics. These carry a visitor hash, not your brief text, email address or phone number.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

To operate the marketplace and perform the contract with you; to prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep an audit trail of decisions such as verification and moderation, on the basis of legitimate interests; to meet accounting and tax obligations, on the basis of legal obligation; and to send marketing email only where you have consented, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

4. Who sees your brief

This is the part worth reading carefully. When you submit a brief, its contents are shared with the suppliers matched to it so that they can decide whether to quote. The number of suppliers in the first wave is limited and is stated in the ranking and matching page. Your contact details are shared with a supplier when you choose to open a conversation with them. Briefs are not sold, and they are not shared with advertisers.

5. Processors and transfers

We use these processors:

The platform does not take payments, so no payment processor receives your data. If that changes, this list is updated before it does.

6. Retention

Periods are given as numbers, because "as long as necessary" tells you nothing you can hold us to.

When a period ends the record is deleted, or the personal parts of it are removed and an anonymous shell is kept for statistics. Where a dispute or a legal obligation requires a record to be kept longer, only that record is kept, only for as long as that reason lasts, and it is marked.

7. Your rights

Subject to local law you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. You may also complain to your supervisory authority. Send a request to info@humanoid4rent.com; we answer within one month and tell you if we need longer.

8. Cookies

The platform sets a session cookie when you sign in, which is strictly necessary. Analytics runs only after you consent in the cookie banner; you can change the choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

The platform also counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address, so that it can see how much the site is used even when you decline analytics.

9. Changes

Material changes will be notified to the email address on the account before they take effect.
