Reporting content on humanoid4rent

Anyone can report a listing, a supplier profile, an image, a review, a directory entry or an advertisement. You do not need an account to do it.

What to report

  • Misrepresented equipment. A supplier listing a robot they do not own or have access to.
  • Overstated capability. A claim that a robot will do something autonomously when the demonstration was teleoperated or pre-programmed.
  • Misused media. Manufacturer demonstration footage presented as the supplier's own work, or images used without permission.
  • Unsafe practice. A deployment described in a way that would not be safe around the public.
  • Misleading pricing. A headline price that omits fees the supplier knows are mandatory.
  • Undisclosed advertising. A paid placement that is not labelled, or an affiliate link without its disclosure.
  • Fake or incentivised reviews.
  • Intellectual property infringement, including trade mark and copyright.
  • Personal data published without a lawful basis.

What to include

Tell us what you are reporting and where it is, ideally with the page address. Say what specifically is wrong, and attach evidence if you have it. If you are the rights holder in an intellectual property complaint, say what right you hold and how you hold it. Leave an email address if you want to know the outcome.

What happens next

Every report is logged with a status and is visible to the moderation team. We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days and to reach a first decision within five, but these are targets and not guarantees, and complex cases take longer.

Where a report concerns a specific claim, we contact the supplier and ask for evidence. Possible outcomes are that the report is rejected with a reason, that the supplier is asked to change the content, that the content is unpublished, or that the organisation is suspended. Where content is unpublished, the supplier is told why and can respond.

Reports that allege an immediate safety risk, or that a paid placement is unlabelled, are handled ahead of the queue.

Abuse of the reporting process

Reporting a competitor without grounds, repeatedly, is itself a breach of the terms. Report volume and outcome are recorded against the reporting organisation.

Contact

Write to info@humanoid4rent.com. Say which page or listing you mean, what is wrong with it, and how we can reach you. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be the injured party. If your report concerns an immediate safety risk at an event happening now, say so in the subject line.
