About this platform

What humanoid4rent does, what it deliberately does not claim, and who on it is related to whoever operates it.

What the platform is

humanoid4rent is a marketplace. It lists packages published by independent suppliers who own or control the robots, employ or contract the operators, and carry out the work. The rental contract is between the customer and the supplier. Nothing on the site is an offer by the platform, and the platform does not own robots, crew jobs or deliver events.

What the platform does is narrower and worth being precise about: it collects a brief, shows the customer which suppliers it is going to before it is sent, lays quotes out over the same scope so they can be compared, and records what was checked about a supplier and when.

The operating entity has not been finalised

An open launch decision, not an oversight

Which legal entity operates humanoid4rent, in which country, is not settled. That decision affects the contract counterparty, who invoices, which consumer and platform rules apply, and where a dispute would be heard. We are not going to print a company name, a registration number or an address that we would have to change later.

Until it is decided, treat the contact addresses on this site as placeholders and the commercial terms as proposals. Anything that has to be binding will say so and will name a real entity.

Suppliers related to the operator

Where a supplier on the marketplace is connected to the people or company operating the platform, the relationship is disclosed here and on the supplier's own profile.

What a related supplier does not get

A disclosed relationship changes nothing about how a supplier is treated by the product, and these are rules in the system rather than promises of good behaviour:

  • No ranking advantage. Matching and result ordering run on fit, stated capability and evidence. Ownership is not an input, and neither is money — paid placement sits in its own labelled block and never reorders organic results.
  • No access to competitors’ quotes. A related supplier sees exactly what any other supplier sees for a brief it received: its own quote, and nothing of anyone else’s pricing.
  • No privileged position on briefs. Shortlists are shown to the customer before a brief is sent, so who received it is visible rather than inferred.

Support access to commercial data is a separate, audited role. Somebody helping a customer or a supplier with a problem may need to look at a quote; that is a distinct permission, it is logged with who looked and why, and it is not attached to being a supplier on the platform.

What we do not claim

We do not offer instant booking or guaranteed availability. Nothing is reserved until a supplier commits a specific robot and a specific operator to a date. We do not certify that a robot is safe for your venue or that any supplier is insured for it; where something has been checked, the badge says exactly what was checked, what its scope was and on what date.

We do not publish counts, ratings or partner logos we cannot substantiate. A supplier with no completed jobs through the platform shows no score rather than a default one, and a country with no supply shows an empty page rather than a template.
