Not included
- Price. None is published for any of the three formats.
- Venue hire, unless the Prague venue package is taken.
- Crew accommodation and catering outside Prague, which the supplier states the organiser provides.
- An LED wall. The company supplies content for one or performs without it.
- A tech rider PDF. The download link on the supplier's site returns a web page rather than a file; the requirements are reproduced here from their tech rider page.
What the venue has to provide
- A stage or reserved area of at least 12 by 6 metres. The supplier states the show cannot be done on less.
- A continuous rectangle, level and stable, with no cut-outs and no gaps between rostra.
- Black dance floor, Marley type, laid and taped. Not carpet, not glossy or slippery board, and no thresholds or cable crossings inside the performance area.
- Two 230 V 16 A supplies at the stage, for charging and for the technical kit.
- A lockable room beside the stage for charging and cases, and a dressing room for four dancers.
- Parking for a van at the load-in.
- Playback from the company's own device into front of house, over XLR or jack. The show runs to playback and click.
- A dark stage is preferred. The company supplies its own content for an LED wall, or performs without one.
- Three hours for load-in and build, one hour for soundcheck and spacing, one and a half hours to strike.
- A one metre clear zone around the stage during the robot numbers, an emergency stop at the operator throughout, and robots never left unattended among guests.
- A clear 5 GHz band, notified to the DJ or AV crew in advance. The company brings its own access point and does not need the venue network.
