What is included and what is not
Included
- Two robots, or one robot across several cities on consecutive days
- An operator for each robot
- Transport between the locations
- A scenario adapted to each stop
Not included
- Price. The supplier publishes none and quotes every event individually.
- Travel beyond what the package states. Only the Event Starter format publishes an included radius, of 100 km.
- Venue hire, catering and anything the venue charges for.
- Accommodation for the crew outside Prague, which the supplier states the organiser provides for the show format.
What the venue has to provide
- A clear area of at least 2 by 2 metres, as stated on robotio.cz.
- A 230 V mains socket within reach of that area.
- A firm, level surface. For trade fairs the supplier also asks for room for technical support.
- Setup takes 30 to 60 minutes before the programme starts.
